What browser do I need to have the best experience with your website?
Our website has been tested using a variety of browsers so conflicts should be minimal. If you do have trouble accessing our website be sure you have installed all of the most recent browser and system updates for your computer to minimize these types of problems. Can I purchase Kirkland’s products online?
Yes. We offer a wide variety of products online, including some that are ONLY available at Kirklands.com and aren't sold in stores.Unfortunately, we can't sell all of Kirkland's available products online due to size, shipping, and inventory restrictions. for more great Kirkland's products, visit your local Kirkland's store.
Can I change the shipping method shown for an item?
Our shipping methods are predetermined and cannot be changed. We choose the shipping method for each product by determining the fastest; most efficient way to get it to our customers in the same condition it left our facilities. Due to the oversized and bulky nature of some of our products, they cannot safely be shipped through common carriers; in this case, the item is shipped to the store of your choice at no cost to you. All you have to do is come and pick it up!
How long does an item stay in my shopping cart?
Items placed in your shopping cart stay there for up to seven (7) days, depending on availability. However, placing an item in your cart does not reserve or hold the item; it is still available for purchase by other Kirkland's customers. Also, the price of an item in your cart may change depending on the duration of different sales and promotions. Your best option? Don't wait . . . purchase your favorites before somebody else does!
Do you offer price adjustments on web orders or in store?
Yes. Excluding seasonal merchandise, Kirkland’s offers a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of the purchase date as long as you have the original receipt. To receive an adjustment for items purchased in a store, you must take your receipt to a Kirkland’s store. Adjustments cannot be made online or over the phone for items purchased in a store.
If I receive a damaged item from a web order, will I be able to receive a replacement?
In most cases, yes. However, with our clearance selection and special buys, quantities are limited and might be sold out before you can receive a replacement. In these cases, we would offer a refund in accordance with our return policy
How do I Return an In-Home Delivery item?
Upon delivery, please inspect your purchase carefully. In the unlikely event that the product is damaged; do not take delivery of the item and be sure the details of the damage are noted on the delivery bill. Call Customer Service at 1-877-541-4855 and we will replace the item a no additional charge.
Should you wish to return an In-Home Delivery item you have purchased, we will gladly accept it within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please ensure that the item is in the original packaging and has not been installed, used or modified. Call Customer Service at 1-877-541-4855, and one of our representatives will walk you through the process. You will be refunded the original purchase price of the item less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs and item surcharges are non-refundable.
Is my shipping charge refunded if I return an item?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges for orders placed on Kirklands.com unless you receive an item that is damaged.
Can I earn K Club points on my online purchases?
Yes! In order to earn K Club points on your online purchases, you must have a K Club account set up and enter your email address associated with your K Club account in the checkout process. As long as you use the same email address, your points will be applied to your K Club account within 48 hours of your order shipping.
Do you accept coupons from online coupon sites?
Kirkland's only supports coupons distributed directly to our email subscribers through our coupon emails or found when visiting Kirklands.com. At this time, we do not support coupons or discount offers found on other websites or in other locations. The fastest, easiest way to get Kirkland's coupons is by signing up to receive our emails!
When offered, what does your Free Shipping promotion include?
When we offer a Free Shipping promotion, it includes free standard shipping on your entire online purchase. The offer is valid for online purchases of in-stock, Ship-to-Home items only; not valid on Free In-Store Pickup items or In-Home Delivery items. Unfortunately, Kirkland's predetermined shipping methods cannot be changed to take advantage of Free Shipping or any other offers. Don't forget—Kirkland's In-Store Pickup items ship for free every day to the store of your choice!
I would like to use two or more gift cards toward a single purchase. Can I do that?
Absolutely! Just call 615-872-4850 and one or our representatives will gladly combine your cards to complete your order.
