The health and safety of our customers and employees are our top priority. We are providing our employees with masks and gloves and will be sanitizing high-touch points in our stores—including door handles, the checkout counter, and restrooms—at least every 30 minutes. We are also following all local government mandates to limit the number of customers allowed in our store at any given time and we are encouraging customers to maintain 6 ft. social distancing space while shopping or checking out.
We are also offering contactless curbside pickup at select stores.
How It Works:
Choose "Free Pickup in Store" on your item and then complete your order.
Wait for your "Ready for Pickup" email to let you know when your order is ready and you can head to the store.
Pull up curbside between 11 AM and 3 PM 7 days a week. Please note: Furniture items will be available for pickup only on Saturdays between 11 AM and 3 PM.
When you arrive to pick up your order, call the store to let them know you’re there.
Provide the Store Associate with your name and order number along with the color and make of your vehicle.
While the Store Associate is preparing your order, please prepare your vehicle for the order to be loaded. This could include opening your trunk or backseat door and moving any objects that might prevent a contact-free loading process.
Once your order is prepared, we’ll bring it out to your vehicle and load it! Easy and contactless!

Buy Online, Pick Up in Store allows you to make a purchase online and pick up your order from your local store without the wait—or cost!—of shipping. So you can shop whenever, wherever you want and your items will be ready for you to pick up at your local store within just a few hours. It’s same-day shopping at its best!
Only select items are available for Buy Online, Pick Up in Store. Items available for pickup will have the "Pick up today" option available on their product page.
Buy Online, Pick Up in Store is currently only available at select Kirkland’s store locations. It may also be unavailable on certain items due to limited inventory. We are always expanding our store selections and available items, so you can check back later to see even more options.
Not all items are currently available for Buy Online, Pick Up in Store. We also offer some items that are only available in store that are not eligible for Buy Online, Pick Up in Store. For those items, you can check the availability online and call your local store to confirm availability.
On the product page, select the "Pick up today" option and select the store where you want to pick up your order. Complete your order by checking out. You will receive a "Ready for Pickup" e-mail when you order is ready for pickup. Follow the e-mail instructions to go to the store and pick up your order.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a "Ready for Pickup" e-mail with instructions on how to pick it up in the store you selected.
Our goal is to have your Buy Online, Pick Up in Store order available for pickup within two hours from the time you place your order. Please wait to receive your “Ready for Pickup” email before you contact or visit the store. Orders placed within three hours of store closing will be available for pickup the next day.

If you cannot pick up your order for any reason, you can send someone else to the store with your “Ready for Pickup” email and they can pick up your order for you.
You can follow the "Order Pickup" signs located in the store or see any sales associate for details on where to pick up your order.
Once your order is ready for pickup, you will have five days to pick it up. You will receive an e-mail reminder to pick up your order when only one day remains for you to pick it up. If you do not pick up your order during that time, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation.
Yes. To cancel your order, please contact the store where you placed your order or contact Customer Service at 1-877-541-4855.
Yes. Your order can be returned to any Kirkland’s store location. Items purchased online and picked up in store cannot be returned by mail.
If the store where you are picking up your order has inventory available for your item, they can offer you a replacement. If the item is not available in the store, but is available in our warehouse, our associates can order a replacement for you to be shipped to the store and picked up at a later time.
No. We do not offer price adjustments for orders that have already been placed.
No. All coupons must be applied to your order in the cart before you check out. We cannot apply coupons once the order has been confirmed.
You will be charged for your order when it is picked up in the store. Please remember that you must pick up your order within five days or your order will be canceled automatically.
You will receive your coupon when you come to the store to pick up your order. The coupon will be good for 10% off an additional in-store purchase made at the time of pickup.
