Ship to Store
How It Works
- Items that are Ship to Store eligible have a "Ship to Store" button on their product details page.
- If you haven't already chosen your store, click "Enter nearby zip code" and search for your closest Kirkland's Home store. Choose closest eligible store. Please select only one store per order.
- Click Add to Cart
- You may also change your store in your Shopping Cart. Click "Change Location" under Ship to Store and choose another store.
- Complete your online order.
- Your item should arrive at your selected store within approximately 7-10 business days (up to 14 business days for West Coast orders). We’ll send you an email when it is ready for pickup.
We'll ship your order to your selected Kirkland's Home store for free and send you an email when it's ready to pick up. Items typically arrive at the store within 7-10 business days (up to 15 days for West Coast stores). After it is received by the store, you will have 21 days to pick up your order before it is cancelled.
You can either ship to your preferred store or a different store selected during checkout. If you have a Kirklands.com account and you have already chosen your preferred store, simply log in and your store will be selected. If you are not logged in, simply click on "My Store: Choose Store" in the top header section of our homepage, enter your zip code, find the Kirkland's Home location most convenient to you, then choose "Save As My Store." You may also select a store in your Shopping Cart; under the Delivery Options section, select Ship to Store, then click on "Change Location" to choose a store. Please select only one store per order.
Once your order is processed at the store location you chose during check-out, you will receive an email notifying you that your item is ready for pickup. Your order should arrive within 10 business days from the time of purchase. For customers on the west coast, order arrivals may take up to 15 business days from the time of purchase.
Please bring your order confirmation and current picture identification to the store. Your order confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is placed.
No charge and no worries. Kirkland's Home is known for value! As a service to you, Ship to Store orders always ship for free to the store of your choice.
Sure. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to order online from Kirkland's Home. If arrangements for pickup are necessary, your order confirmation will still be required for pickup.
Yes. Because of limited storage space in most Kirkland's Home stores, you will have up to 21 days after the date shown on your notification email to pick up your order before the order is cancelled. If you will need more time, please contact the store manager before the cancellation date to make arrangements.
Unfortunately, no. We are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed.
