What is FREE In-Store Pickup?

In-Store Pickup is only offered for select items. You can purchase an In-Store Pickup item and that item is shipped to a Kirkland’s Store of your choice.

What items are available for FREE In-Store Pickup?

There are a select group of items available for this service. To see if the product you wish to purchase is available as FREE In-Store Pickup, you will see " FREE In-Store Pickup " noted below the item price and above the tiems description.

What store locations can I choose From?

When you get to the check-out phase of your online purchase you will see a drop down menu with stores listed. Select any store within a 100 mile radius of your shipping address zip code or zip code of choice. Please only check one store per order. 

How will I know that my FREE In-Store Pickup order is ready?

Once your order is processed at the store location you chose during check-out, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your item is ready for pickup. Your order will arrive within 10 business days from the time of purchase. For customers on the west coast, order arrivals may take up to 14 business days from the time of purchase.  

What information is required when picking up my order?

Please bring your order confirmation and current identification to the store. Your order confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is placed.  

Is there a charge for In-Store Pickup?

No. Kirkland’s is known for value! As a service to you, there is not an additional charge for In-Store Pickup. 

Can someone else pick up my order?

Sure. We want to make it easy for you to order online from Kirkland’s. If arrangements for pickup are necessary, your order confirmation will still be required for pickup. 

Is there a time limit when I can pick up my order?

Yes. This is because of limited storage space in most Kirkland’s stores. You will have up to 14 days to pick up your order after the date shown on your notification e-mail. If you need longer than that, just phone the store manager and arrange a time that is convenient for you.  

Can a FREE In-Store Pickup order be cancelled?

Unfortunately, no. We are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed.
