Can I use my Kirkland’s Credit Card for online purchases?
Yes! We now offer the option to use your Kirkland’s Credit Card at checkout.
Can I use my Kirkland’s Credit Card to purchase gift cards online?
Will I receive 5% off when I make an online purchase with my Kirkland's Credit Card?
No. Only purchases made in a Kirkland’s store will qualify for the 5% off discount.
When is my Kirkland’s Credit Card charged for my online purchases?
Your Kirkland’s Credit Card will be charged once your order is shipped from our warehouse. It is not charged at the time the order is placed.
Can I change my billing address to a P.O. Box?
Federal law requires us to obtain a street address when you apply for the Kirkland’s credit card. Upon approval, you may change your address to a P.O. Box. Please call Wells Fargo Customer Service at 1-800-459-8451.
What should I do if I haven’t received my Kirkland’s Credit Card or billing statement?
If you haven’t received your Kirkland’s credit card within 10 days after opening your account, please call Wells Fargo Customer Service at 1-800-459-8451.
Can I use a gift card as payment on my Kirkland’s Credit Card?
No. Kirkland’s gift cards can be redeemed for the purchase of Kirkland’s merchandise in stores, online and for gift cards. There are several convenient ways to submit payment for your Kirkland’s credit card: online (through an electronic transfer from your checking account), postal mail (check or money order) or phone.
How can I pay my Kirkland’s Credit Card bill?
There are three ways to pay your Kirkland’s credit card bill:
Online: Visit Wells Fargo Online portal and use your checking account. Your payment will be posted to your Kirkland’s credit card promptly.
Phone: Simply call Wells Fargo Customer Service at 1-800-459-8451 to pay using your checking account with no fee.
Mail: Effective 11/01/17, send your payments by check or money order to the appropriate address below. Please allow 7-10 business days for payments to reach us.
