Standard Shipping and Processing
Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service, and generally will arrive in 3-7 business days. Shipping to California and Arizona can take up to 10 business days* . Items ordered at the same time will not necessarily be delivered together.
Kirklands.com ships some items via FedEx SmartPost®, which utilizes the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery on a standard business day (Monday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays). The SmartPost shipping option means that FedEx will handle your package from Kirkland’s to your local U.S. post office and the U.S. postal service then completes final delivery.
Throughout the checkout process, the shipping costs displayed in your order summary are estimates and do not necessarily reflect the final shipping cost of your purchase. Options that incur surcharges (such as White Glove Service and oversized items) or shipping to multiple addresses will affect shipping costs. The cost for shipping and handling is based upon order amount and shipping destination(s). The above table can be used as a guideline for estimating shipping, but final shipping charges may differ from the value shown above. Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the Order Review & Payment screen.
We apologize but we are currently unable to ship to U.S. Territories, international locations, Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Box addresses.
* West coast orders are shipped by train across the United States and generally take up to six (6) business days to update on http://www.fedex.com. Once the order reaches your state, the order will start its journey through FedEx and your estimated delivery date will be updated. We have chosen this method of shipping for west coast orders to reduce the number of sorting facilities it will pass through on its way to you; this reduces the chances that your items will be damaged in transit.
Rush Shipping and Processing
For even faster delivery, we offer 2-Business Day Express Service. Express orders received by 1 p.m. (EST) are typically shipped the same day. For Standard and Express Delivery rates, consult our shipping and handling rate table. Note: Ship to Home items that incur surcharges (such as White Glove Service or oversized items) do not qualify for rush shipping. .
Ship to Store
We'll ship your item to your selected Kirkland's store for free and send you an email when it's ready to pick up. Items typically arrive at the store within 7-10 business days (up to 14 days for West Coast stores). After it is received by the store, you will have 21 days to pick up your order before it is cancelled.
White Glove Service
Select large and heavy items are delivered via White Glove Service, as indicated in the item description. Upon delivery, we will bring the item inside your home to the room of your choice; this includes up to two flights of stairs (a flight is 4-15 steps) and removal and disposal of all packaging materials. Assembly is not included. In the event you see any damage to the box and/or the item itself, please contact us immediately before accepting the product. White Glove Service items typically arrive 1-2 weeks from date of shipment between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. A delivery agent will contact you to schedule a 4-hour window for delivery. Note: White Glove Service items do not quality for rush shipping or shipping discounts.
Gift Cards will be shipped at no charge via USPS. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery via USPS First Class mail.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they are shipped from our warehouse and will appear on our website under My Account along with your order information. Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout and the carrier that is delivering your order. There are several ways to track the status of your order:
- Check your email . An e-mail confirmation will be sent once your order ships.
- Visit the website . Click Order Status or sign-in to My Account to view order history, tracking information, and information about past orders at kirklands.com, 24 hours a day.
