Standard Shipping and Processing

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service, and generally will arrive in 3-7 business days. Shipping to California and Arizona can take up to 10 business days*. Items ordered at the same time will not necessarily be delivered together. ships some items via FedEx SmartPost®, which utilizes the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery on a standard business day (Monday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays). The SmartPost shipping option means that FedEx will handle your package from Kirkland’s to your local U.S. post office and the U.S. postal service then completes final delivery.

Throughout the checkout process, the shipping costs displayed in your order summary are estimates and do not necessarily reflect the final shipping cost of your purchase. Options like In-Home Delivery or shipping to multiple addresses will affect shipping costs. The cost for shipping and handling is based upon order amount and shipping destination(s). The above table can be used as a guideline for estimating shipping, but final shipping charges may differ from the value shown above. Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the Order Review & Payment screen.

We apologize but we are currently unable to ship to U.S. Territories, international locations, Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Box addresses. 

* West coast orders are shipped by train across the United States and generally take up to six (6) business days to update on Once the order reaches your state, the order will start its journey through FedEx and your estimated delivery date will be updated. We have chosen this method of shipping for west coast orders to reduce the number of sorting facilities it will pass through on its way to you; this reduces the chances that your items will be damaged in transit. 

Rush Shipping and Processing

For even faster delivery, we offer 2-Business Day Express Service. Express orders received by 4 p.m. (EST) are typically shipped the same day. For Standard and Express Delivery rates, consult our shipping and handling rate table. Note: In-home delivery items do not quality for rush shipping.

FREE In-Store Pickup

Certain items on are available only for FREE In-Store Pickup. These items are identified with a green check mark with the In-Store Pickup icon. In-Store Pickup items can be shipped to a Kirkland’s store at no shipping charge to you. The item will arrive to the selected store within 10 business days and you will be notified via email when the item is ready for pick-up.  You will have up to 14 days to pick-up your item after it is received. Based on store space limitations, orders can not be held in excess of this time frame. Please contact the store in advance to schedule a pick-up time. 

In-Home Delivery

Select large and heavy items are delivered by our In-Home Delivery service, as indicated in the item description. Upon delivery we will bring the item inside your home to the room of your choice; this includes up to two flights of stairs (a flight is 4 -15 steps) and removal and disposal of all packaging materials. Assembly is not included. In the event you see any damage to the box and/or the item itself, please contact us immediately before accepting the product. In-Home deliveries are typically made 1-2 weeks from the date of shipment between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The delivery agent will call to schedule a 4-hour window for delivery. Please call 1-877-541-4855 to set-up delivery for your in-home delivery item. Note: In-home delivery items do not quality for rush shipping or shipping discounts. 

Gift Cards

  Gift Cards will be shipped at no charge via USPS. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery via USPS First Class mail.

Can I change the shipping method shown for an item?

Our shipping methods are predetermined and cannot be changed. We choose the shipping method for each product by determining the fastest, most efficient way to get it to our customers in the same condition it left our facilities. Due to the oversized and bulky nature of some of our products, they cannot safely be shipped through common carriers; in this case, the item is shipped to the store of your choice at no cost to you. All you have to do is come and pick it up!

Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they are shipped from our warehouse and will appear on our website under My Account along with your order information.   Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout and the carrier that is delivering your order. There are several ways to track the status of your order:
    • Check your email. An e-mail confirmation will be sent once your order ships.
    • Visit the website. Click Order Status or sign-in to My Account to view order history, tracking information, and information about past orders at, 24 hours a day.
    • Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, contact Customer Service at (877) 541-4855.
The status of your order is supplied by and applies to your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (FedEx or U.S. postal service) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered. If available, the tracking information is accessible from “Order History” in “My Account”.
