What is an associate position?

Our associates are the key to success for Kirkland’s Home. They are the first person to have contact with our customers and help them throughout their shopping experience. This position involves greeting our customers, understanding what the customers needs are, educating the customers about current promotions and product information, suggesting merchandise to satisfy the customers needs and thanking the customer for shopping with us. In addition to customer interaction the associate unloads trucks of Kirkland’s Home merchandise and keeps the store visually appealing, restocked with merchandise that is placed to Kirkland’s Home visual standards and correctly priced.
