What is Ship to Store?
We'll ship your order to your selected Kirkland's store for free and send you an email when it's ready to pick up. Items typically arrive at the store within 11-14 business days. After it is received by the store, you will have 21 days to pick up your order before it is cancelled.
Which store locations can I choose from?
You can either ship to your preferred store or a different store selected during checkout. If you have a Kirklands.com account and you have already chosen your preferred store, simply log in and your store will be selected. If you are not logged in, simply click on "My Store: Choose Store" in the top header section of our homepage, enter your zip code, find the Kirkland's location most convenient to you, then choose "Save As My Store." You may also select a store in your Shopping Cart; under the Delivery Options section, select Ship to Store, then click on "Change Location" to choose a store. Please select only one store per order.
How will I know that my Ship to Store order is ready?
Once your order is processed at the store location you chose during check-out, you will receive an email notifying you that your item is ready for pickup. Your order should arrive within 11-14 business days from the time of purchase.
What information is required when picking up my order?
Please bring your order confirmation and current picture identification to the store. Your order confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is placed.
Is there a charge for Ship to Store?
No charge and no worries. Kirkland's is known for value! As a service to you, Ship to Store orders always ship for free to the store of your choice.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Sure. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to order online from Kirkland's. If arrangements for pickup are necessary, your order confirmation will still be required for pickup.
Is there a time limit when I can pick up my order?
Yes. Because of limited storage space in most Kirkland's stores, you will have up to 21 days after the date shown on your notification email to pick up your order before the order is cancelled. If you will need more time, please contact the store manager before the cancellation date to make arrangements.
Can a Ship to Store order be cancelled?
Unfortunately, no. We are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed.
