Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent purchase with caution... The price for this item is MOST EXCELLENT. It is a wonderful product at just the right size for bathrooms and powder rooms. Apparently they are fragile... the packaging leave a bit to be desired. The corners and padded, but not the sides and top. I purchased two... upon carrying them out, I realized one was cracked along the exposed edge. I immediately went back inside and obtained an exchange. Upon arriving home, when I removed the styrofoam padding from the corners, one mirror had a sliver of a crack on the outer edge near the bottom left corner. I decided to install it anyway, the crack is very tiny, hardly noticeable, and in a secluded bathroom. Of the three I had in my own hands that day, two were defective. Please check the edges before purchase, and keep your receipt handy in the event something is wrong under the padding. * * * It is an excellent quality purchase at a reasonable price. I especially like the ability to mount it vertically or horizontally without any additional hardware... the mounts are built into the backing. I highly recommend it.

Answer:
Yes. I have 3 of these mirrors and two are hung horizontal and one is vertical. The mirror has metal circle hooks that are screwed into the mirror backing so that you can hang it either way. So two hooks for vertical and two hooks for horizontal. The mirrors weigh almost 20 pounds so I bought special hooks that would hold that weight. They went up easily.

Answer:
The hangers that come attached to the mirror only support hanging the mirror horizontally. I just bought 2 mirrors, planning to use them in my master bathroom. Different hardware will be needed to hang the mirrors vertically (as shown in the picture).

Answer:
First bend a couple of leaves up on the front side of the mirror so you can see the mounting holes then place the mirror where you want it on the wall and mark the center of the mounting holes with a pencil. The place your wall anchors and screws the hang the mirror and bend the leaves back into place.

Answer:
The mounting brackets (vertical and horizontal) are built-in at the factory... one hook on each side of the mirror for both vertical and horizontal installation.
You will need hanging hardware and a level... or some method to make sure the hardware you install on the wall is level. A drill of some sort (OR whatever device you'll need to install the hanging hardware).
I would not recommend any sort of adhesive-based hanging hardware method or device...in a steamy environment, adhesives may loosen, and there goes your mirror. . . if it happens when someone is there, it may also cause injury.

Very good purchase and good value, please don't skimp on the installation.
