This is a good question! I actually weighed the mirror so I could know what type of hanging tabs I needed to use. The picture weighs about 16 pounds. I have lath and plaster walls so I used small nails to hold this mirror. The mirror has oval hooks on each side and top & bottom for your choice to hang length or width-wise.
