International Women's Day 2021

Kirkland’s wouldn’t be the company it is today without the many women who work here behind the scenes. We are proud to have women present in every department at corporate as well as employed across our field of stores.

While each of these women is unique in her own beliefs, family life, hobbies and passions, the one thing that brings us all together is the love of creating happy homes for our customers. And today we want to share a big thank you with all of them. While we know there is a lot of necessary progress still to be made in the world for equality, we are proud to be a company with so many women’s voices at the table.

Today, I think about all the women in my life who have given me the confidence to be strong and independent (looking at you mom, sis, and countless others). I reflect on how women have taken the reigns on so many societal issues, becoming leaders of large corporations and government positions, just in the last five years. I can’t wait to see what we continue to do in the next five!
