Vintage Industrial Edison Bulb Uplight is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 112.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mixed feelings This lamp is attractive, looks nice on our closed in porch, and matches our other lighting. However, don't expect much in the way of actual light from this lamp. The amber color provides a nice glow but really doesn't provide enough light for much of anything except ambience. Also, our lamp is a little off kilter meaning that the bulb tilts one way while the globe tilts the other. We tried to straighten it but it wouldn't budge and we didn't want to break anything so we didn't force it. It isn't a big enough problem to return to Kirkland's, but it's something you might want to look out for before heading to the check out counter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love the features of this product! I’m very happy with this product! I love that it has the industrial look, but it still looks sleek. I was pleasantly surprised with the price. I have seen similar lamps priced much higher in other stores. I will now shop at Kirklands first for all my home decorating needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Lantern Styled Lamp They we're exactly what I was looking for saw similar item in one of the well know furniture store for $99. I was so thrilled to find the lantern style. Got 2 for less than furniture store charged for one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Short lamp This lamp is too short for an end table. I love the design, so I made the purchase anyway. The Edison bulb isn’t very bright however if you want more light, you can change it out for a regular bulb.

Can Lamp be used without the glass shade?

Asked by: Linda1954
Personal preference. I think the glass adds to the effect of the uplight.

Battery Operated?

I would like to get this lamp for my stair landing but it doesn't have an outlet. Is this lamp plug in or battery operated?
