The weight of this is 26lbs. We are uncertain what wind strength it could withstand, but it should be much stronger when the weight of plants are added to the stand.

Is the center round plant stand adjustable? The photo with the plants show a Boston fern in yellow pot, but the height of that center stand under the arch is MUCH taller than the photo showing the entire shelf unit empty. It easy to see the height difference, but I can't find anything about it being adjustable in the description. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you for pointing this out. This is not adjustable and the white background image is incorrect. The one showing the fern is the correct item. We will make the appropriate changes to the images.
