Cari Voeltner is a southern California artist who has loved and created art her entire life. Encouraged by her loving parents, she studied art throughout her school years. She went on to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art, while also having the opportunity to study painting and photography for a semester in Paris, France, where much of her inspiration still comes from. While she pursued a successful career in banking for many years, her heart was always drawn back to art. One day her husband encouraged her to pursue her dream, leave her career and begin painting again. She now runs and owns a full-time handmade business, Cari’s Canvas, where she creates wood signs and decor for homes all across America. She has explored many styles of art through the years and currently finds passion in painting inspiring words, whimsical florals and other elements of nature. She now resides in Georgia with her husband and beautiful daughter and she thanks God each day that she is living out her dream, inspiring others one brush stroke at a time.
