With In-Home Delivery we deliver your item to the room of your choice, provide light assembly, and remove any packaging for a flat rate of $149 per order. How it worksChoosing In-Home Delivery
In-Home Delivery is only available on select items and is not available in all areas. To see if it is an option for you, simply enter your zip code on the product page of the item of your choice. If In-Home Delivery is available for that item and in your area, complete your order as usual and we’ll take care of the rest. Please note that In-Home Delivery is a different shipping method from our standard Ship-to-Home option. Items with Ship-to-Home chosen as the shipping method will not qualify for In-Home Delivery.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been received. From there, you will receive order status emails from us communicating the next steps for your order. Please note that it can take up to ten days before you receive your first order status email from us.Scheduling your delivery
Once you’ve placed your order, your item will be shipped from our warehouse to a local delivery center. Please be patient as this process can take up to two to three weeks depending on your location.
If you've ordered more than one item for In-Home Delivery, we'll hold your items at our delivery center to ensure that they are delivered on the same day. No need to schedule two appointments!
When your order is ready to be delivered, our delivery partner will contact you with delivery date and time options for you to choose from. You will also be asked to complete a delivery survey to ensure they have all of the information they need to complete your delivery. This information should include notes about restricted entry points, pets, narrow stairways, or any other special circumstances that could impact their ability to complete your delivery.
To help our teams complete your delivery as smoothly as possible, please make sure to measure your space—including door frames, stairways, or elevators—to ensure your product will fit. If you have any special delivery notes for our team, you can provide those in the delivery survey when scheduling your appointment.On delivery day
You will receive a confirmation email 24 hours in advance of your delivery to confirm your information. This confirmation will include a two-hour delivery window in which our team should arrive.
On the day of your delivery appointment, you will receive a call-ahead notification within 30 minutes of the delivery arrival time. Please ensure that someone 18 years or older is at your home to receive your delivery and that you have cleared a space for your item as the delivery team is not responsible for moving or removing any existing items in your home.
Along with your item, our two-person delivery team will arrive with badges, masks, and shoe coverings to ensure your safety and your home’s condition. Once they have delivered your item to its room and provided light assembly, they will check it for any damage. If everything looks good to you, they’ll ask for your signature to confirm delivery and be on their way. They’ll even remove the item packaging for you, so you won’t have to worry about cleanup. The entire process should take around 30 minutes.

Returns and CancellationsMaking a return
If you change your mind once you see the item in your home, that’s okay! You can decline your delivery and our team will take the item with them when they go. Please note that your delivery fee will not be refunded in this case.
If you discover that your item has been damaged, you can decline to sign for it and our delivery team will take the item when they go. Your delivery fee will be refunded along with your item refund in this case.
If you need to return your item after the delivery has been completed, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance. Please note that you must contact our team within 7 days of delivery to report any damages to your item and the return pickup must be completed within 30 days.Cancelling your order
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-877-208-6668 as soon as possible. You may be charged delivery fees for any item that has already shipped.
