Does Kirkland’s offer a discount to interior designers?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on client related purchases after the designer applies and is approved for our Designer Advantage program.


What type of benefits does a Designer Advantage member receive?
Designer Advantage members receive 10% discount on all client related purchases. Special additional savings and exclusive preview events are also offered periodically to Designer Advantage members.


How can I become a member of the Designer Advantage program?
Simply fill out the online application located at: www.kirklands.com/t-designer.aspx, and submit two of the four following proofs of business:

• RESA, ASID, IIDA, CKD, AIA, CID, IDS, SDP, ASP, SDSA, ISES, IADA or ARIDO membership card
• State Business License
• Business Card
• Sales Tax ID

You can e-mail, fax, or mail your proof of business to Kirkland’s. Applications will be considered completed once proof of business has been received.

You may also apply for the Designer Advantage program in our stores. The same proofs of business will be required at the time of application.


How do I receive my discount?
After receiving your membership card you simply present it and a photo ID at the register with your purchase, and your discount will be given.


Will the Designer Advantage card be in my name or my company name?
The Designer Advantage card will be in your name, we do not offer membership to companies. Joint accounts are also not available. If you have multiple people within your company that would like to receive the discount they will need to apply separately.


How long will it take to get my membership card?
You should receive your card within 3-4 weeks after approval.


I applied for the Designer Advantage program some time ago and still have not received anything in the mail. What should I do?
You may contact our guest service online, or you can simply reapply to our membership program.


How can I set up my account to be tax exempt?
A designer can receive the Designer Advantage discount and be tax exempt, but the exemption or resale certificate must be presented to the sales associate at the time of check out. Please provide a copy of your signed exemption or resale certificate when you initially sign up for membership.
