Where can I apply for a Kirkland’s credit card? We invite you to apply at any Kirkland’s store. Upon approval, you may begin using your card right away. It’s also fast and easy to apply on-line at www.kirklands.com by clicking “Apply for a Kirkland’s Card” on the right-hand side menu. You will receive an immediate response. I have a question about my Kirkland’s credit card. How can I get help? There are two sources of help with your Kirkland’s credit card:
What information is needed to register for the Online Service Center? You will need your Kirkland’s credit card number, email address, mother’s maiden name, birth date and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number Can I change my billing address to a P.O. Box? Federal law requires us to obtain a street address when you apply for the Kirkland’s card. Upon approval, you may change your address to a P.O. Box. Please call the Customer Care Center at 866-230-9175. What should I do if I haven’t received my Kirkland’s card or billing statement? If you haven’t received your Kirkland’s card within 10 days after opening your account, please call the Customer Care Center at 866-230-9175. If you have not received a billing statement, you may use the Online Service Center to check on your billing date and review recent account activity. You may also call the Customer Care Center at 866-230-9175 for assistance. How can I pay my Kirkland’s card bill? There are three ways to pay your Kirkland’s credit card bill:
