Please tell me about the benefits of the Kirkland’s credit card.
We offer a number of exciting benefits including:
  • A 10% discount on your entire first in-store purchase.
  • With our Rewards program, each time you shop with us, you earn 1 point for every $1 spent. When you reach 150 points, you will receive a $10 reward certificate in your next monthly statement. Reward certificates can be redeemed anytime within the next 6 months. Please see the Reward Program Terms in the Credit Card application for additional information.
  • A 10% discount on your entire purchase on the last Tuesday of the month.
  • Special Birthday offer.
  • Advance notice of sales and promotions.
  • Exclusive coupons and special shopping events.
All benefits are subject to credit approval.


Where can I apply for a Kirkland’s credit card?

We invite you to apply at any Kirkland’s store. Upon approval, you may begin using your card right away. It’s also fast and easy to apply on-line at www.kirklands.com by clicking “Apply for a Kirkland’s Card” on the right-hand side menu. You will receive an immediate response.


I have a question about my Kirkland’s credit card. How can I get help?

There are two sources of help with your Kirkland’s credit card:
  1. Online: Visit www.kirklands.com for fast access to your account balance, recent purchases, payment details, online payments and more. The Kirkland’s credit card information is easily located on the right-hand side of our website in a menu labeled “The Kirkland’s Card.”
  2. Phone: Call the Customer Care Center at 866-230-9175 with any question you may have including account information, assistance with billing questions, phone payments, non-receipt of your card and/or statement, address changes, and account closures.

What information is needed to register for the Online Service Center?
You will need your Kirkland’s credit card number, email address, mother’s maiden name, birth date and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number


Can I change my billing address to a P.O. Box?

Federal law requires us to obtain a street address when you apply for the Kirkland’s card. Upon approval, you may change your address to a P.O. Box. Please call the Customer Care Center at 866-230-9175.


What should I do if I haven’t received my Kirkland’s card or billing statement?

If you haven’t received your Kirkland’s card within 10 days after opening your account, please call the Customer Care Center at 866-230-9175.

If you have not received a billing statement, you may use the Online Service Center to check on your billing date and review recent account activity. You may also call the Customer Care Center at 866-230-9175 for assistance.


How can I pay my Kirkland’s card bill?

There are three ways to pay your Kirkland’s credit card bill:
  1. On the Internet at www.kirklands.com using your checking account. Your payment will be posted to your Kirkland’s card the same day.
  2. By phone through our Customer Care Center at 866-230-9175 with a small service fee.
  3. By mailing payment to Kirkland’s, P.O. Box 960003, Orlando, FL 32896-0003. Please allow 5-7 days for payments to reach us.
Sorry, in-store payments are not available at this time.


What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, please make a report at the Online Service Center at www.kirklands.com or call the Customer Care Center at 866-230-9175 as soon as possible.
