tuscan design We have used them in several applications. We have a Tuscan kitchen and put it on the hood over the fan. Also decorating the wrought iron railings and gate for our deck. We are going to make planters and put them on those as well....again the Tuscan look. May 6, 2013

This piece would look great combined with other wall decor items. However, alone, the size of this plaque makes it more suitable for above a window or door frame.

I think so! I have it over our bed with 9 foot ceilings. I think Kirklands also has a similar one that is a little bit bigger. That may be the best choice for you. It is a great buy for the money.

I placed this above my window/curtains to break the emptiness from my tall ceiling and it looks good. however, there was only a few feet between the window and the ceiling.

You may need something a little bit bigger then this to put over your sofa due to length between the ceiling and your sofa.
