VERY POORLY MADE Ordered this online (bad mistake). This is a defective item and should not have been shipped. One 'loop' was not shaped/rounded correctly. It is all bent up and does not match the matching 'loop' (not something that happened during shipping). Also, has a tear/hole (remember, this is metal!) in another loop. Very disappointing. MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN PICTURED!!!! I love my new wall grille!!!! It's more beautiful than pictured online! It just arrived today and I've already unwrapped (came well packaged and surprisingly light weight, which is a plus for hanging), and placed it in my living room above my double patio French doors! Just what I needed to fill the space and compliment everything else in my living room! I would highly recommend this piece to anyone looking to add just the right touch to your doorway!!
