I was thoroughly disappointed that the base is not attached to the jar. It keeps falling off everytime I dust it. Poor. If the base is supposed to be attached, then I want my money back. If not, then you should let folks know in advance of purchase that the base is not attached to the jar. April 21, 2013
The decorative top looks like a conch shell & maybe more white than ivory. It is exactly what I was looking for to hold our memories of our vacations. April 10, 2013
