Beautiful, affordable!!! This is the perfect headboard for any bedroom! I just got mine today, which it was faster than I thought, and I was very impressed with the style and quality of the product. It was easy to put together and it gives our bedroom a whole new look. I wish they make the same headboard in leather with different colors, like white or cream. In terms of the price, I think it is affordable, since I have been comparing prices and quality of similar products... so far this one is the best deal. We got ours with a 15% off! This product is amazingly BEAUTIFUL!!!! The Espresso Faux Leather Tufted headboard is a great item. It is durable, sturdy and made of good quality products. Very heavy in weight and that alone pleased me. This is an item that I would definately reorder for other rooms in our home. I rate it a 20 on a scale of 1 to 10 July 2, 2013

Not unless you're not hooking the bedboard on the frame. If you're just using the headboard for decoration, it should work.

Hi Melissa, to answer your question this headboard can't be used in a full size bed. Mine is queen and it has the same lenght of the bed. Plus it has some screws that needs to be hooked to the beds rail, so the bed and the headboard have to be aligned. Hopefully Kirklands will create some headboards for Full beds!

Answer: 
Yes, but you will not be able to attach it to the full sized frame. however, it does stand flat against the wall and the bed keeps it in place. so you could possibly use it for a full size bed frame.
