We found it difficult to put photos between the glass and to get them to stay aligned. The problem is harder when to rearrange the photos you have to take the frame and glass apart just to rearrange photos.

I had been eyeing this frame for a couple of weeks as an anniversary present and was so excited to bring it home to work on my project. It's such a cute frame and I loved it, as I typically do love most products I buy from Kirklands so I'm sure you can imagine how upset I was when the glass on the back cracked within a day of having it. The screws in the back of the frame have to be loosened with a screwdriver and the two pieces of glass are hard to pull apart because they stick together, which is why when I went to pull the glass out of the frame, the top right corner cracked. I am now on the hunt for a piece of replacement glass.. Save yourself the aggravation and just buy an old window at a flea market, which I've found would have been much cheaper.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Demps50 A beautiful gift
I gave this to a dear friend for Christmas with 5x7 photos of her 4 children. I found to get the back off...the clips did not move easily. I ended up with a Phillips head to loosen the screws to move the clips. The wooden insert is very fragile considering the size of the piece. Once the insert was out...I lifted the very large piece of glass to position the photos. There was no guidelines to follow so all the pictures were centered to the opening of each frame. I ended up making an L shape template to lay to get the pictures straight and centered. Pay attention so you don't end up with backward photos or putting them in upside down. Putting the fragile wooden insert back in was a slight challenge. It was pretty tight and then again used the Phillips head to loosen and tighten the clips. So with the slight difficulty of getting the photos in...it's not like you will be changing the pictures out every week. It is heavy so be sure to hang with a stud and/or molly bolts. This piece would have been so much easier to deal with if each section had it's on opening. But the end result was beautiful.

We used it at my daughter's wedding for the guest to sign. She put wedding pictures in the frame, and will have all her guest wishes from her wedding to remember. Love, Love. Turned out beautiful.

I bought this to use strictly as a window, not a frame. It is difficult to remove the pictures that are included in the frame, but a razor knife makes short work of it. I couldn't be more pleased!
