Bless You Tissue Holder is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Captures Attention on my desk! I bought this "Bless You" tissue box to top off my office decor. The appearance is quite nice and I have received many compliments on it. There is one negative: the opening where the tissues are pulled out is rough around the edges and the tissues must be pulled out with care or they will tear. That negative is a small price to pay - oh, and the opposite side of the box has a heart on it.

From what I can tell, the side with "Bless You" is metal. Are there any sharp edges that could cut someone?

Not that I have observed. I had no issues handling it. You might need to turn it upside down or use tweezers to pull the tissues out the first time. The edges around the tissue opening are rough and you must pull the tissues out with care - or they might tear. Hope this helps.
