Impossible! Literally.
The bolts provided to attach the seats to the chair backs would thread correctly for one chair back, but not the other one. Would have needed to go buy larger diameter bolts, and might have, if the other seat back had not been impossible to asseble because all three of the holes did not align. Neither chair could be assemblied as shipped. And that was even before adding the legs or attempting the table, which we didn't try, having decided to just return it. Must also note that the way it was enameled left many very sharp edges on the chair backs that could easily cut hands lifting the chairs to move them. And you'd have to lift, as the leg bottoms are actually in the "U" shape of a gouge and some had the same sharp edged enameling as the seat backs. Unless your purchase is purely for show, like to display plants, where incomplete assembly wouldn't matter, I would suggest passing this one by. That would also save you lugging the 89 pound package home and back.

Sturdy and attractive
This bistro set is made of cast iron and is quite heavy. Having examined a store display set which was wobbly, we decided to use lock-tite when assembling. The chairs are very sturdy, with no wobble at all and supports over 200 lbs without any trouble. The chair backs are very upright, more so than the average chair, making them slightly uncomfortable. The chair seat is broader than expected. The table wiggles slightly, but not enough to be unstable. The table top is not level, it bows higher in the center and slopes out to the edges slightly, but not enough to cause concern. The diameter of the table is larger than we expected. The design is not too busy or gaudy, very tasteful and rather elegant. The color is a nice dark cast iron with some variations in tone. This was purchased as much for appearance as for function. Aesthetically it is excellent, functionally, it is good. If the chair backs were a more comfortable angle, it's functionality would be excellent. Overall, we are very happy with this set and feel it was a good value for the money.

Great Set for the Outdoors
My wife and I wanted a table set for our front porch and heard good things about this bistro set. Ordered online and picked it up at the store. Employees helped us put it in our car since it is on the heavy side. We really like the cast iron construction, which will hold up well in the elements. The chairs and table are a little on the small side, but for enjoying a drink or reading a book it is just fine. The design has some nice detail work. Definitely looks good from a distance and added a nice accent to our front porch. Depending on how you put the pieces together you might get a little wobble in the table and chairs, but not enough to worry about. It took around 45 minutes to assemble and all the tools are included. Some of these sets go for a lot more money and with the reasonable price and a coupon this was a pretty good value. We recommend this set to anyone who is looking for a small set. It will fit almost anywhere and you get good value for the price.

Very satisfied - quality set
Was tired of looking at aluminum tables and chairs that were decorative, but not functional. This set is totally cast iron and weighed 90 pounds in the box. But understand that all iron will rust if not properly maintained. Tip: Occasional clear coat will keep it looking good. The table, a little larger than most, looks great and the chairs are very sturdy. My wife and I love the design and it looks great on our new front porch.
Now as for the assembly. They recommend two people but I had to do it alone. I'm fairly handy and it took me about an hour instead of the suggested 30 minutes. Lining up holes was sometimes a challenge but I found that leaving all the bolts very loose until all were started in their holes made the process easier, particularly on the table legs. Tip: Lay the chair seats upside down and attach the legs to the chair before attaching the backs. Much easier.
Bought it today and enjoying it tonight. All in all, very satisfied with this purchase. A heavy, quality set. Functional table and chairs that can actually hold an adult safely and comfortably (I'm 200 lbs.). As mentioned before, this is "cast" iron, so expect small irregularities. and remember that all iron rusts if left outdoors unprotected.

pretty.. but not good quality or particularly comfortable.
after scouring the web for a cast iron bistro set, my husband and i purchased this one. it's advertised as cast iron and costs about $70 more than the not-cast-iron equivalents out there in internet land. so, we were pretty bummed to find as we were putting it together, that it is definitely NOT cast iron. one of the legs on the chairs snapped in half as we were putting it together. cast iron wouldn't do that. in the end, the chair was easily replaced for us (although, not delivered, which i think would have been the better customer service thing to do..) and we use the set. but if i had more energy for this whole thing, i would have returned the whole set and found something better elsewhere.

This set is attractive to look at, but the chairs are not comfortable.
The backs on the chairs are straight instead of slightly inclined backward, which makes them not very comfortable to sit in. The quality is good, the set is well made an substantial. The bolts to put it all together are too long, and the set was wobbly. We fixed this by inserting two 5/16" washers on each bolt, which worked well. We had to spend about $10 in washers, that should have either been provided or the bolts should have been appropriately sized. More aesthetic than functional.

Very nice little table and chairs!
I ordered this online. It came with one leg broken and the holes did not line up to put it together anyway. Returning items at Kirklands is easy! The staff was very accommodating and apologetic. I love shopping in this store, for the neat items they always have and the helpful, cheery staff. We got a new table and chairs and the set was just what we wanted. The top of the table is not flat, it's curved and higher in the middle, but thats ok.
When looking for cast iron sets I found most were aluminum! We live in Colorado and the aluminum would blow away, seriously! This set is exactly what we needed.
I've included the good along with the negative so you can get a true picture of this set. I would purchase it again!
