Rated 3 out of 5 by moddancegram Cannister Lids below standard
The jars on these cannisters are excellent quality but the lids are cheply made and painted. I plan to spray paint them and antique them to make them look better. Right now they look like cheap plastic.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sissy50 The Lids do not fit properly
The lids do not fit properly which makes them useless for kitchen storage. Returned 1st set and got another set but it did the same exact thing. The plastic seal pops up as soon as put on the canister. Did not drive 100 miles round trip to return the second set but chalked this one up to experience. Will now know not to shop Kirklands.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Egglayers82 Heavy Glass Canisters
This is the second set of canisters I have purchased from Kirklands. One set for myself which is love, and one set as a gift for my daughter's bridal shower. The canisters are a great size and are made for heavy glass with ridges on the outside for added detail. the tops have a plastic insert to seal them pretty tightly. If the top wont stay down tight, just trim the plastic rim to get the best seal. The handle seem to be sturdy but my daughter hasn't started using these yet so I can't speak for how they hold up. The only thing I would change is to have the top opening be a little wider so that you can fit in larger measuring cups without having to scoop out what you want to use. Generally a 1/2 to 3/4 cup measure still fits through the opening.
