Great stools, very comfotable! The only reason the overall rating was not excellent was when the stools were shipped they had to be put together, and the manufacturer had sent a part that did not have the holes pre drilled. The seats are a dark espresso brown. However, for the most part, they do reflect more of a brown color than black.

I see someone said the weight limit is 200, but has anyone over that sat on these without crumbling? ;) My husband is very tall but thin, still resulting in 220 lbs, so it would be pointless to buy these if they won't hold him!
