Distressed Rustic Pine Bench is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful and sturdy bench. I had been searching for a nice substantial bench for my large entry way for quite a long time. I came across this gem and decided to take a chance on it. I was pleasantly surprised that it was solid wood because a lot of kirkland's furniture is cheaply/not well made in my opinion. It is a beautiful piece with a grayish undertone to the stain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Modern farmhouse style I love the look of the bench and it was easy to put together! It’s perfect for our space. We needed something for a long plain wall; now I just need some art above and it will be complete. I got it on sale so that made it even better! The only downside is that the weight limit is 300lbs. So two people sitting on the bench will likely be the limit. I don’t think this will be a problem much for us, but just a thought for those who will use it primarily for sitting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful and Sturdy I am very pleased with this bench. It is substantial and heavy and seems to be able to hold the weight it claims (300 pds). It put together easily and looks great in my foyer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great additional seating decor My daughter in law has been searching for an antique church pew for additional seating in her home. This is great additional seating for the limited space in their living space. With a modern/farmhouse touch, this bench blends perfectly.

Is this actual wood or or is it wood composite? Does it have a shiny/glossy finish or matte finish?

How much does the bench weigh? Is it solid pine?

Asked by: Murph
Heavy, that's all I know. I think this info might be on the listing. Looks like solid pine, but I'm not sure. I would check with the manufacturer. Does NOT look cheap at all, or I would have returned it. Really good buy.

Can this be used on a covered porch or is it indoor only?

Asked by: Kris
You'd have to see what the manufacturer recommends, but I personally would not put it outdoors, even if it was covered. I think it might warp. If it's veneer, and I don't know, but veneer will buckle in humidity over time.
