This is just such a homey product for your front porch. I think it would be a perfect pick for your porch and your friends and you cound enjoy the summer evenings sitting in it and watching the hummingsbirds fly around your flowers. this gives the feeling of country living and also a vintage look that is very inviting. Answer: 
This bench holds up to 400 lbs. It is semi weather protected; however, any prolong use outside without covering may cause weathering. We encourage customers to add additional poly coat protectants (This can be found at any hardware store; they can direct you to which type is best).

I was curious to know if this product will rust. Can it be out in the elements of weather in any condition? I'm interested in putting this at my cabin by the river side but i don't plan to cover it. Please advise how it would withstand the Summer elements of rain and sun. Thank you.
