Kirkland’s is now offering special alerts, coupons, promotions and information via text messaging for our customers. Signing up for SMS alerts (Short Message Service – also known as Text Messages) will allow you to receive special offers that you can redeem in the store. Our mobile subscribers receive the best promotions Kirkland’s has to offer directly on their cell phone, up to 5 msgs/per month. No more clipping or printing offers, they are with you on your mobile device all the time.

How do I sign up to receive SMS alerts and offers from Kirkland’s?

You can sign up to receive these special offers by texting the word SAVE to the short code KSAVES (572837)
  • Open a new SMS message on your phone
  • In place of the number or contact type the number KSAVES (572837)
  • In the body of the message type the word SAVE
  • Press Send
You will receive a message back explaining more about the program, and the first SMS coupon will follow immediately after.

I have sent a text to opt-in, but I haven’t received a message back? What does that mean?

The mobile operators participating in this campaign are AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Boost, Dobson and Alltel. If your mobile operator is not participating, you will not receive a reply to your messages. Read all the Terms & Conditions.

Will I be charged for entering the Kirkland’s Mobile Program?

How do I redeem a discount sent in a text message?

 A SMS message with a discount will contain a discount code.  Simply show the Kirkland’s team member at the register the valid code and it will be added to your transaction.

What is the policy around text message discounts?

Discounts received via SMS comply with Kirkland’s overall coupon policy:

  • Only one coupon per transaction per day.
  • Offer not valid with online purchases.
  • May not be combined with an employee discount, designer advantage discount, any other coupon or applied to the purchase of gift cards.
  • Not valid at closing stores.
  • No cash value.

To stop receiving SMS messages from Kirkland’s at any time, simply text SAVE STOP to KSAVES (572837).
