Summer is by far my favorite season. It’s the perfect time to relax outside and be with friends and family. One summer activity I always enjoy is picnicking. It’s a great way to get together, enjoy the weather and just have a grand ‘ole time. So, whether you’re picnicking at an outdoor concert, park, vineyard or any other location, Kirkland’s has tips for you!
Step One: Containers
It’s not a picnic without a picnic basket! The basket you choose all depends on what type of picnic you’re going on.
For a romantic date, we love the Verona Red Wine & Cheese Picnic Tote Set. The wicker tote can fit two wine bottles, and has everything you need to enjoy some wine and cheese under the stars.
For an afternoon picnic, we recommend the Insulated Chevron Picnic Tote Bag. It has a vibrant summer look and helps keep food and drinks nice and cool.
And where will you put that flatware?! The Mason Jar Flatware Caddy is the perfect place for your picnic utensils. Plus, it adds a bit of southern charm to any gathering!
Step Two: Food
When I think of picnics, images of sandwiches, cold salads and fresh fruit come to mind. Check out some of these yummy and EASY picnic recipes!
