Yes, you decorate with your Christmas wreath, but you can also decorate your wreath to set it apart from all the rest! With a few leftover ornaments, stems, and ribbon, you can transform your Christmas wreath into an admirable work of art! Here’s how! We’ll walk you through three easy ways to style your wreath, with three completely different looks too!
Christmas Wreath Style #1
Our first style is elegant and regal, with a charming balance of gold and white accents. First, we begin with a plain flocked wreath that has a strand of Kirkland’s Sparklin’ Lights woven through the branches. They’re battery-operated, so we don’t have to worry about an extension cord!
Next, we add our leftover Christmas tree ornaments to extend our inside decorations–outside!
Christmas Wreath Style #2
Our second wreath style is delightful playhouse of retro fun! We first start by adding a string of LED retro bulbs. Since they’re battery powered like our Sparklin’ Lights, we don’t have to worry about having an unsightly cord hanging from the wreath!
Next, we add extra ornaments from our Holly Jolly Christmas tree, like the pre-lit mason jars, polka dot and glitter ornaments, and a sparkly train!
And the final very merry touch? Bright red and white floral stems to give the wreath extended texture and life!
Christmas Wreath Style #3
Our third Christmas wreath is for the home that wants to give their door a taste of DIY pizzazz! This look is warm, inviting, and perfect for a classic country Christmas! We’re still using our basic flocked wreath with Kirkland’s Sparklin’ Lights, but we’ve added a handmade pouf bow.
Our next step is to intertwine burlap garland between the fronds of the wreath.
Then, we give the wreath depth and texture with large rustic stems!
Now time for our extra Christmas ornaments! We combined plush stockings and mittens, bright red snowflakes, a sparkling gift box ornament, and a pre-lit mason jar ornament!
